实践性教学环节是电大高等专科教育不可缺少的组成部分,是贯彻党的教育方针、培养应用型高等专门人才的重要保证.十几年来,各级电大在办学过程中克服种种困难,创造条件,利用多种形式和渠道,努力落实所开专业科类的实践性教学环节,基本满足了教学要求,并积累了许多宝贵经验.随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的确立,对电大的教学改革包括实践教学提出了更高的要求,因此,提高对实践性教学重要性的认识,切实加强这方面的工作,已成为各级电大及社会各界的迫切要求.
