为探讨人细小病毒B19(HPVB19) 所致再生障碍性贫血(AA) 的免疫学改变, 应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测AA 患儿血清白细胞介素8 和6 (IL8、IL6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα) 及干扰素α(IFNα) 水平。结果: AA 患儿上述各免疫指标水平均显著高于正常对照组(P< 0-01 或P< 0-05) 。其中HPVB19 阳性AA 组IL8 水平亦高于HPVB19 阴性组, 而IL6、TNFα及IFNα两组间无差异。对HPVB19 AA组作直线相关分析显示, IL8 与TNFα和IFNα呈正相关, TNFα与IL6 呈正相关(r 分别为0-565 、0-603 及0-860, P< 0-01) 。提示: HPVB19 所致AA 患儿有明显的免疫功能紊乱, 多种细胞因子, 特别是IL8 可能在其免疫病理机制中起一定作用。
To investigate the immunological changes of aplastic anemia (AA) caused by human parvovirus B19 (HPVB19), serum interleukin-8 and IL-8 (IL-8 and IL-6) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF @) and interferon alpha (IFN @) levels. Results: The levels of above mentioned immune indexes in AA children were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0-01 or P <0-05). Which HPVB19-positive AA group IL 8 level is also higher than HPVB19-negative group, while IL 6, TNF α and IFN α no difference between the two groups. For the HPVB19 AA group for linear correlation analysis showed that IL 8 and TNF α and IFN α was positively correlated, TNF α and IL 6 was positively correlated (r were 0-565, 0-603 and 0-860, P <0-01). Tip: AA children with HPVB19 obvious immune dysfunction, a variety of cytokines, especially IL 8 may play a role in its immune pathology.
