为了加速人才培养,带动整个教育水平的提高,我们国家正在集中力量加强重点大学和重点中小学的建设,尽快提高它们的教育水平和教学质量。我们认识到,重点中学必须让学生在中学阶段就为日后的学习、研究和工作打下必要的知识、能力和方法的基础,并鼓励他们树立起成才的志向和信心,将来为国家的物质文明和精神文明建设作出贡献,这应该是我们努力的方向。不应该把片面争取高校升学率作为主攻目标,那样会导致我们把聪明才智浪费在猜度高考题目的角逐中,我们的教学工作也会因此被“填鸭式”和“题海战术”困厄。
