2001年,山东省国税系统超额完成税收收入任务,收入实现较快增长,为“十五”计划开了个好头,为经济发展和社会进步做出了重要贡献。今年是我国入世后的第一年,机遇与挑战并存,经济和税收工作都面临着严峻的考验,任务将更加艰巨,继续圆满完成组织收入工作任务,意义也更加重大。要继往开来,乘势而进,必须深入分析形势,从容面对困难,牢牢把握机遇。春节前夕,本刊就2001年国税收入工作情况和2002年形势专访了山东省国税局赵喜红副局长(以下简称赵)。
In 2001, the tax system of Shandong Province surpassed the tasks of tax revenues and achieved relatively rapid growth in revenue, opening a good head for the 10th Five-Year Plan and making important contributions to economic development and social progress. This year marks the first year after China’s accession to the WTO. Both the opportunities and the challenges coexist. Both the economy and the taxation work are facing severe challenges. The task will be even more arduous. The task of organizing the revenue work will continue to be satisfactorily completed and the significance will be even greater. To carry forward the past and make the best of the progress, we must analyze the situation in depth, calmly face the difficulties and firmly grasp the opportunities. On the eve of the Spring Festival, this magazine interviewed ZHAO Xi-hong, deputy director of Shandong Provincial Internal Revenue Service (hereinafter referred to as Zhao) on the work of state tax revenue in 2001 and the situation in 2002.
