在2000—2001年,备地寄送论文、调查报告及新闻报导达百余篇。经认真筛选出96篇结集出版《农村牧区财政研究论文集》(第四集):又特聘专业人员从中遴选出论文及调查报告29篇,供评选优秀论文。为使评优工作做到公平、公正、公开,组成19人的评委会。本着实事求是,优中选优,确保质量及同一作者不重评的原则,评出优秀论文23篇。其中特别奖5篇、一等奖3篇、二等奖6篇、三等奖9篇。现予公
In 2000-2001, more than 100 papers, survey reports and news reports were prepared on site. A total of 96 articles have been selected and published in “Rural Pastoral Finance Research Proceedings” (Episode IV): 29 experts and specialists selected the papers and survey reports for the selection of outstanding papers. In order to make the evaluation work to be fair, just and open, composed of 19 jury. Based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, selecting the best and selecting the best, ensuring the quality and not reevaluating by the same author, 23 excellent papers were selected.
