研究了有机磷杀虫剂氧化乐果对~(14)C-溴氰菊酯在小鼠体内动力学过程的影响。结果表明提前4h 给予氧化乐果可使~(14)C-溴氰菊酯在小鼠体内血液和组织,特别是脂肪组织和肝脏中蓄积增加,排出减少。但此作用较弱。同时给予这两种杀虫剂对溴氰菊酯在小鼠体内代谢无明显影响。
The effect of omethoate on the kinetics of ~ (14) C deltamethrin in mice was studied. The results showed that administration of omethoate 4 h earlier resulted in the accumulation of ~ (14) C deltamethrin in the blood and tissues of mice, especially in adipose tissue and liver, with a decrease in excretion. But this effect is weaker. At the same time, the two insecticides were given no significant effect on deltamethrin metabolism in mice.
