654-2可增加大鼠外周血白细胞计数;抑制激活补体所致的中性粒细胞聚集、中性粒细胞吞噬酵母多糖所致的β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(β-g)的释放及中性粒细胞趋化性;此外对中性粒细胞合成TXA_2及PGI_2也有抑制作用。654-2的上述作用与糖皮质激素类似。
