为探讨二十八烷醇对尾吊大鼠生物效应及用作航天员保健食品的可能性,24只Wistar种大鼠随机分成3组:对照组,尾部悬吊组和尾吊加二十八烷醇组(TSO),每组8只大鼠,实验期21d。观察免疫器官的重量、红血细胞膜的流动性和股骨的生物力学性能等。实验结果显示:TSO组与悬吊组相比,胸腺重量明显增加,红血细胞膜流动性有改善趋势,股骨生物力学性能明显改善。说明二十八烷醇能够有效对抗尾吊大鼠的某些不良作用,有可能成为航天员保健食品的成分。
Twenty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, tail suspension group and tail-hanger plus twenty-eight Alkanol group (TSO), each group of 8 rats, the experimental period of 21d. Observe the weight of immune organs, the mobility of red blood cell membranes and femoral biomechanical properties. The experimental results showed that the weight of thymus in TSO group was significantly increased compared with that in suspension group, the fluidity of red blood cell membrane was improved and the biomechanical properties of femur were improved obviously. Octacosanol shows that it can effectively combat some of the adverse effects of tail-suspended rats and may become an ingredient of astronaut health food.
