不同企业选拔人才的标准各不相同。中外名企,都是在世界上处于领先地位的企业,它们的成功在很大程度上取决于员工的优良素质和条件。虽然大多数的标准是统一的,但还是有一些“潜规则”。世界银行:基本条件是跳过3次槽应聘世界银行,起码要跳过3次槽。因为世界银行认为,对于经常需要考查、验资的银行人员来说,知己知彼非常重要,所以,应聘世界银行的基本条件是至少要有3种以上不同行业的工作经历。
