目的:探讨脑萎缩患者血浆内皮素1(ET1)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)血脂改变与发病间的关系。方法:采用放免分析法检测ET1CGRP,生化分析仪自动检测血脂。结果:患病组血浆中ET1、APOB、甘油三脂、胆固醇均显著高于正常对照组;而CGRP和APOAI又略低于对照组(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:ET1、血脂的增高、CGRP的降低是引起脑缺血性改变的主要因素,长期脑缺血后导致缺血区神经元坏死及脑萎缩。早期对指标异常者治疗可以降低脑萎缩的发生,有重要的临床价值。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between plasma endothelin 1 (ET1) and calcitonin generelated peptide (CGRP) in patients with brain atrophy. Methods: Radioimmunoassay method for the detection of ET 1 CGRP, biochemical analyzer automatic detection of blood lipids. Results: The levels of plasma ET 1, APOB, triglyceride and cholesterol in the diseased group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group, while the levels of CGRP and APOAI in the diseased group were slightly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05-0.01). Conclusion: ET 1, elevated blood lipids, CGRP decreased cerebral ischemia caused by changes in the main factors that lead to ischemic neuronal necrosis and brain atrophy after long-term cerebral ischemia. Early treatment of abnormal indicators can reduce the incidence of brain atrophy, has important clinical value.
