介绍了在小型输送试验台上进行的稻壳气力输送试验结果,并对试验结果进行了理论分析,给出了部分数学回归结果。在此基础上,比较了螺旋给料机输送、重力输送和皮带输送机输送稻壳方法的优缺点。气力输送比其他几种输送方法更具有优越性,更适于需要大而稳定输送量的工业场合。得出的结果对工程上的稻壳输送装置的设计、开发及改造具有重要指导意义。
The results of the experiment on the pneumatic conveying of rice husk on a small-scale transportation test bench are introduced. The experimental results are theoretically analyzed and some mathematical regression results are given. On this basis, the advantages and disadvantages of spiral feeder method, gravity transfer method and belt conveyor method for transporting rice husk were compared. Pneumatic conveying is superior to several other conveying methods and is more suitable for industrial applications that require large and consistent throughput. The results obtained have important guiding significance for the design, development and transformation of rice husk conveying device on the project.
