本文所述“阿魏丸”,是由近人聂云台所拟订的。本人在临床上应用后收到很满意的疗效。愿推荐于同道,并略谈体会。组成:阿魏30克,雄黄9克,黄蜡60克,朱砂为衣。制法及用量:先将雄黄放在研钵中研极细末备用。将黄蜡放在锅中加热使之烊化。然后加入已切碎的阿魏及雄黄粉,搅匀,并将其倾入石臼中捣极融。保持使黄蜡烊化的最低温度,趁热捻为丸,如梧子大。朱砂为衣。成人每服三至五粒,幼儿一至二粒,一日二至三次。饭前白开水送服。功效:理气止痛,调和肠胃,杀虫消积,截症止痢。适应证:1.胃气呆滞,消化不良。2.顽固性泄泻,经年累月,久治不愈。3.急性或慢性痢疾。
The “Ai Wei Pill” described in this article was developed by Nie Yuntai. I have received very satisfactory results after clinical application.
