目的:了解重庆市武隆县居民疾病谱和死亡谱的特点及威胁该县居民健康的主要疾病,为制定疾病预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法:利用2011-2014年(十二五期间)武隆县死因监测系统数据和公安、民政部门提供的人口资料,根据国际疾病分类ICD-10进行死因分类,采用死因统计软件DeathReg 2005对武隆县居民死因进行统计分析。结果:十二五期间武隆县居民总死亡率为661.11/10万,标化死亡率为420.85/10万。十二五期间武隆县前5位死因依次为呼吸系统疾病(死亡率166.45/10万)、心脏病(117.40/10万)、肿瘤(117.06/10万)、脑血管病(109.80/10万)、损伤和中毒(61.88/10万),合计占人群总死因的86.6%。损伤和中毒的减寿年数为21 148人年,减寿率为14.75‰,在全死因减寿顺位中居第一位。结论:慢性非传染性疾病和损伤中毒是危害该县居民健康的主要死因,预防、控制慢性病及伤害是今后疾病预防控制工作的优先问题。
Objective: To understand the characteristics of residents’ disease spectrum and death spectrum in Wulong County of Chongqing and the major diseases that threaten the health of the residents of the county, and to provide a scientific basis for formulating disease prevention and control strategies. METHODS: Data from the death cause surveillance system in Wulong County during the period from 2011 to 2014 (in the period of the 12th five-year plan) and demographic data provided by the public security and civil affairs departments were used to classify the cause of death according to the International Classification of Diseases ICD-10. The death cause statistics software DeathReg 2005 was used to compare Wulong. Statistical analysis of death causes of county residents. Results: During the 12th five-year period, the total death rate of residents in Wulong County was 661.11/100,000, and the standardized death rate was 420.85/100,000. During the 12th five-year period, the top five causes of death in Wulong County were respiratory diseases (mortality 166.45/100,000), heart disease (117.40/lakh), tumor (117.06/lakh), and cerebrovascular disease (109.80/lakh) ), injuries and poisoning (61.88/lakh), which together accounted for 86.6% of the total cause of death in the population. The number of years of life lost from injury and poisoning was 21 148 person-years, and the life-shortening rate was 14.75 ‰, ranking first among all death-related life cuts. Conclusion: Chronic non-communicable diseases and injury poisoning are the main causes of death to the health of the residents of the county. Prevention and control of chronic diseases and injuries are the priority issues for disease prevention and control in the future.
