目的 探讨大鼠动眼神经核的内直肌亚核的细胞构筑。方法 辣根过氧化物酶逆行示踪法。结果 内直肌亚核纵长０７０ ～０９０ ｍ ｍ ，贯穿动眼神经核的尾吻端，由亚群 Ａ 及亚群 Ｂ 二个细胞群构成。结论 内直肌由同侧内直肌亚核支配。
Objective To investigate the cellular construction of the nucleus rectus of the optic nerve nucleus in rats. Methods Horseradish peroxidase retrograde tracing method. Results The length of the rectus subphallus was 070 ~ 090 m in length, and was composed of two cell populations, subgroup A and subgroup B, which penetrated the caudal kyphosis of the oculomotor nucleus. Conclusions The medial rectus is dominated by the subnucleus of the ipsilateral inner rectus.
