大力发展高等职业教育,是社会经济和高等教育发展的必要要求。当前,随着信息科学技术迅猛发展,我国经济飞速发展,因此我国需要大量的电子技术人才.在对电子技术人才培养的过程当中,由于高职院校在实践教育环节比较薄弱,导致学生对电子技术类的课程实践性学习不足,影响学生就业,同时不能满足企业上对电子技术人才的要求。因此,要明确高职教育的培养目标,围绕目标,制定出适应高职教育的人才培养模式。

At present, with the rapid development of information science and technology and rapid economic development in our country, a large number of electronic technicians are needed in our country.In the course of cultivating electronic technicians, due to the relatively weak links in practical education in higher vocational colleges, Technical courses lack practical learning, affecting students’ employment, but also can not meet the business requirements of electronic technology personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the training objectives of higher vocational education, around the goal, to develop a personnel training model to adapt to higher vocational education.
