2005年8月8日～12日,劳动和社会保障部培训就业司与中国就业培训技术指导中心、中国劳动保障报社组成调研小组,赴河南省开封、许昌、平顶山3个城市,就小额担保贷款工作进行了专题调研。期间,听取了河南省劳动保障厅和3城市劳动保障局对小额担保贷款工作的情况汇报;分别召开了3城市财政、银行、担保机构负责同志和下岗失业人员座谈会;实地考察了8个成功创业工商户和9个信用社区。现本刊全文刊发此调查报告,相信该报告会对各级劳动保障部门开展小额担保贷款工作以有益的启示。
August 8, 2005 to December 12, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security Training and Employment Division and the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center, China Labor and Social Security newspaper to form a research team to Henan Province, Kaifeng, Xuchang, Pingdingshan three cities, on the micro-security Loans conducted a special survey. During the hearing, Henan Labor and Social Security Bureau and the 3 Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau briefed on the situation of the small-sum secured loans; convened a forum for responsible comrades and laid-off workers of 3 cities in charge of finance, banking and guaranteeing institutions; and conducted field visits of 8 Successful entrepreneurial businesses and nine credit communities. Now published in the full text of this survey report, I believe this report will be at all levels of labor and social security departments to carry out small secured loans to the beneficial enlightenment.
