江苏油田是个拥有3万多职工的大型企业,绝大多数工人都在野外露天作业。为了解决防署降温,油田修办了8个冷饮厂生产冷饮制品,供给职工饮用。由于设备条件、工艺流程和工作人员技术水平的差异,所生产的冷饮制品的卫生质量也有所不同。为了搞好饮食卫生,把好病从口入关,保证群众身体健康,我们对8家冷饮厂和4家商店、个体户的产品,进行了监测分析,现报告如下。调查内容与方法一、对本油田的冷饮厂8家,商店和个体户、销售点4家的12个产品采样进行监测化验。二、样品种类及份数:1、含乳蛋10％以上的冷饮如雪糕、冰淇淋、奶雪杯等共40分。2、瓶装汽水或果
