一、概述线性变量差动变换器(LVDT)是一种传感器,它常用于将微小的位置变化转换成电信号。该传感器及其变型—旋转变量差动变换器(RVDT)和线性相位差动转换器(LPDT),广泛用于位置和压力传感、转速表、应变仪及空气动力表面控制等应用中。直到最近为止,用于LVDT的信号调节器都采用复合集成电路,并需要相对来说比较多的面板调节。现在只要用一个单片集成电路再加上几个无源元件以确定工作频率和相位同步即可构成一个调节器。美国Signetits公司的SE/NE5521就是这种集成电路,采用这块电路以后,可简化设计,降低成本和功率消耗,减小电路板尺寸及增加电路可靠性。
I. Overview Linear Variable Differential Transducer (LVDT) is a type of sensor that is commonly used to convert small changes in position into electrical signals. The sensor and its variants, RVDT and LPDT, are widely used in applications such as position and pressure sensing, tachometer, strain gauges and aerodynamic surface control. Until recently, signal conditioners for LVDTs used composite integrated circuits and required relatively large panel adjustments. Now a monolithic integrated circuit with just a few passive components to determine the operating frequency and phase synchronization can form a regulator. The Signetits SE / NE5521 is the kind of integrated circuit in the United States. This circuit simplifies design, reduces cost and power consumption, reduces board size and increases circuit reliability.
