本文报道了红外光谱减光技术在FT-IR光谱中消除大气吸收影响的实验结果,并将这一结果与纵标扩大法实验结果进行比较和讨论。指出,在低能通量的红外光谱测量中,减光法比纵标扩大法有着明显的优越性。
In this paper, the experimental results on the effect of atmospheric absorption in the FT-IR spectrum of infrared spectroscopy were reported. The results were compared with those of the vertical expansion method. It is pointed out that in the low energy flux infrared spectroscopy, the dimming method has obvious advantages over the vertical scale enlarging method.
