在初中阶段,学生接触最多的老师就是班主任。而初中语文这门课程本身就是一个语言积累的过程。对于班主任来说,他的管理方式和一言一行都会对学生产生非常大的影响。而随着新课程的不断改革,如今的初中语文课堂教学模式已经发生了很大的变化。如今的教学模式倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式。这种教学方式也得到了广大学生的欢迎,更能够提高学生的各方面能力以及学习质量和效率。因此,班主任在教学和管理方法上也应该与时俱进,对讲课也应该进行一次全面的改革。
