蒙得维的亚(Salmonella Montevideo 6,7:g,m,s:-)是重要的禽畜源沙门菌血清型之一,能引发高危人群的食源性暴发和院内感染,对全球健康安全构成潜在威胁,尤其在经济发达的国家和地区。我们追溯近10多年间蒙得维的亚暴发案例的调查处置、生态学分布和监测的数据,对蒙得维的亚在全球范围的暴发传播能力提出预警。本研究就蒙得维的亚的沙门菌的来源、全球广泛报道的典型暴发案例的调查处置、实验室追溯和行为生态学传染病发病模式等相关研究做一综述。
Salmonella Montevideo (Salmonella Montevideo 6,7: g, m, s :-) is one of the important serotypes of Salmonella in livestock and poultry, which can cause foodborne outbreaks and nosocomial infections in high-risk groups. Constitute a potential threat, especially in economically developed countries and regions. We trace early-warning information on the global outbreak of Montevideo’s ability to disseminate data from investigations, dispositions and monitoring of cases of outbreaks in Montevideo in nearly 10 years. In this study, the origin of Salmonella in Montevideo, the investigation and disposal of typical outbreak cases widely reported in the world, the laboratory tracing and the pathogenesis of behavioral ecology in infectious diseases were reviewed.
