目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将51例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组25例,对照组26例。对照组口服阿昔洛韦片0.8g,5次/天,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服复方甘草酸苷片75mg,3次/天。均用药10天后观察2组临床症状、体征变化。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为88.00%和61.54%,治疗组在临床症状、体征的改善方面较对照组差异有显著性。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹安全有效。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined with acyclovir in the treatment of shingles. Methods: 51 cases of shingles were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 25 cases, control group 26 cases. Oral acyclovir 0.8g, 5 times a day in the control group. The treatment group was given 75mg glycyrrhizin tablets 3 times a day on the basis of the control group. After 10 days of treatment, two groups of clinical symptoms and signs were observed. Results: The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 88.00% and 61.54% respectively. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compound glycyrrhizin combined with acyclovir is safe and effective in the treatment of herpes zoster.
