生长激素（ＧＨ）皮下注射常见局部青肿或血肿，偶见萎缩或增生。该文报道腹部注射部位脂肪增生１例。病例男，１２．５岁，３岁时开始生长迟缓，现在身高比平均值低两个标准差。父母兄长身高正常，家族无近亲婚配，无身材矮小、青春期延迟病史。其母在妊娠后期曾诊断为先兆子
Growth hormone (GH) subcutaneous injection of common local bruises or hematoma, occasionally shrinking or hyperplasia. This article reports 1 case of fat hyperplasia at the abdominal injection site. The male, 12.5 years old, started to grow slowly at the age of 3 and is now 2 standard deviations below the mean height. The parents and elders are of normal height, and the family has no close relatives, no short stature, and a delayed history of adolescence. The mother has been diagnosed as a pre-pregnancy in late pregnancy
