采用彩色多普勒超声技术,以20例单纯性甲状腺肿患儿为对照组,研究了21例原发性甲亢患儿甲状腺上、中、下左右动脉血流速度的变化及其与血清T3、T4的关系。结果表明:与对照组相比,甲亢组甲状腺上、中、下左右动脉血流速度明显增快。差异有显著性或极显著性意义(P<0.005~0.05),且血流速度增快与血清T3、T4升高呈显著正相关。提示应用超声检测甲状腺血流速度,有助于甲亢的定性诊断、甲亢病情程度的判断。
Color Doppler ultrasound was used in 20 cases of children with simple goiter as control group to study the changes of blood flow velocity in the upper, middle and lower left and right thyroid arteries of 21 cases of primary hyperthyroidism, T4’s relationship. The results showed that compared with the control group, the hyperthyroidism group, thyroid, upper and lower left and right arterial blood flow was significantly faster. The difference was significant or extremely significant (P <0.005 ~ 0.05), and blood flow velocity increased with serum T3, T4 increased significantly positively correlated. Prompt application of ultrasound detection of thyroid blood flow rate, contribute to the qualitative diagnosis of hyperthyroidism, hyperthyroidism to determine the extent of the disease.
