淬火温度是钢件淬火过程的重要工艺参数,常用钢的淬火温度在热处理手册和有关技术书中都有数据可查,在生产中一般皆以此为选择淬火温度的依据,这是无可非议的。但是,随着近几年来对马氏体形貌和强韧化原理的深入研究,以及大量的工艺试验和实践,为我们如何更合理地选择淬火温度,提供了新的依据和经验。由于在制定工艺或实际操作中,能正确选择和严格控制淬火温度,往往可以使多种工模具的使用寿命显著提高,取得明显的经济效益。
