本文对表面活性剂T—65A(用作上油剂)的急性毒性与诱变性进行了研究。急性试验表明小白鼠吸入LC_50为58640.815mg/m~3,属低毒类。其毒性主要作用于气管和肺。微核试验实验组与阴性对照比较有非常显著差别(P<0.01)。精子畸形试验高浓度组与阴性对照比较有显著差别(P<0.05)。提示T—65A有诱变作用。
In this paper, the acute toxicity and mutagenicity of surfactant T-65A (used as oiling agent) were studied. Acute tests showed that mice inhaled LC_50 58640.815mg / m ~ 3, is a low-toxic. Its toxicity mainly affects the trachea and lungs. There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the negative control in the micronucleus test (P <0.01). Sperm abnormality test high concentration group and negative control were significantly different (P <0.05). Tip T-65A mutagenic effect.
