按照功能性鼻窦内窥镜子术(FESS)步骤对12个(24侧)国人成年男性尸头,以鼻小柱底为参照点,分别测量中鼻甲前端,筛泡,钩突的上端、后端,中鼻甲基极,筛前、筛后动脉,筛窦后壁,蝶窦后壁,蝶窦顶壁,额窦口,上颌窦口至鼻小柱的距离,及其与鼻底部的夹角。结果显示,所测数据均有助于术中确定手术所达部位,避免盲目操作,减少并发症的发生。同时发现,视神经管、蝶窦顶壁的厚度,明显大于纸样板及筛房间隔,故FESS术中视神经管及蝶窦顶壁是相对安全的。
According to the functional sinus surgery (FESS) procedure, 12 adult cadaver heads (24 sides) were examined with the columella base as the reference point to measure the anteroposterior tip of middle turbinate, , The middle of the nasal base pole, before screening, after the ethmoid artery, posterior ethmoid sinus, sphenoid sinus posterior wall, sphenoid sinus wall, frontal ostium, maxillary ostium to the columella distance, and the bottom of the folder with the nose angle. The results show that the measured data are helpful to determine the operation of the site of surgery to avoid blind operation and reduce the incidence of complications. Also found that the optic canal, sphenoid sinus wall thickness, significantly larger than the paper model and the sieve compartment, so FESS intraoperative optic canal and sphenoid sinus wall is relatively safe.
