目的:调查分析镇海区基层疾病预防控制人员现况,为今后基层疾控人才队伍建设提供科学依据。方法:对全区基层疾病预防控制人员实施调查,将所得数据输入计算机,用构成比等统计指标描述基层疾控队伍现状。结果:镇海区现有基层疾病预防控制人员43名,人事代理制编制占62.79%,男女性别比为1∶6.17,平均防疫工龄7.5年,大专以上学历占79.07%,护理类专业毕业人员占到41.86%,初级职称以上的占79.07%。结论:镇海区基层疾病预防控制人员配备数量与现代疾病预防控制服务需求存在较大差距,专业对口性偏低,队伍结构严重失调,稳定性差,加强人才队伍建设刻不容缓。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the status quo of grassroots disease prevention and control staff in Zhenhai district, and to provide a scientific basis for the construction of grassroots disease control talents in the future. Methods: The prevention and control of grassroots disease prevention and control personnel survey, the data entered into the computer, with constituent ratios and other statistical indicators to describe the status of grass-roots disease control team. Results: There were 43 grassroots disease prevention and control personnel in Zhenhai District, 62.79% of them were personnel agency system, the sex ratio of male to female was 1: 6.17, the average age of epidemic prevention was 7.5 years, 79.07% of them had college education or above, and nursing graduates accounted for 41.86%, 79.07% above the junior title. Conclusion: There is a large gap between the number of grassroots disease prevention and control staff in Zhenhai District and the demand for disease prevention and control services in modern areas. There is a big gap between professional counterparts and the serious imbalance of team structure, and the stability is poor. Strengthening the construction of qualified personnel is an urgent matter.
