被同事们称为技术创新“小诸葛”的袁朝伟,自去年获评“最美中铝人”之后,又在今年10月21日闭幕的第十届“中国铝业杯”有色职业技能大赛中勇夺仪器仪表维修工第一名,从一个角度佐证了“华泽工匠”的成长,展示了山西华泽铝电有限公司一线技术人员的风采。“‘中国铝业杯’第十届职业技能竞赛仪器仪表维修工第一名,山西华泽铝电有限公司袁朝伟。”大赛成绩最终揭晓的那一刻,袁朝伟一颗悬着的心终于落了地。欣喜过后,理性地回顾参赛过程和过往的工作经历,袁朝伟觉得最能概括自己体会的词语就是“厚积薄发”。
