“凝聚工行”企业文化建设十大先进集体评选活动是一次文化巡礼。活动以“凝心聚力”为着眼点,以公开公正、全员参与、务求实效为主要原则,通过推荐、评议、推选、表彰四个阶段,在二级分行层面选树一批文化特色鲜明、队伍凝聚力强、经营管理优良的先进集体,总结并推广其好经验好做法,使工行分支机构和广大员工行有示范、学有榜样,为攻坚克难、过好“三关”提供精神动力和文化支撑。
