1991年1月～1996年4月,采用ESWL及URS共收治输尿管结石499例。ESWL组323例,其中上段138例,中段28例及下段157例。1—3月结石排净率为98.8％(319/323)。URS组175例,其中原发性结石56例,ESWL辅助URS取石120例,结石位于上段15例,中段70例及下段91例,取石成功率为81.8％(144/176)。两组失败36例,其中13例改为开放手术,占2.6％,未发生严重并发症,本文对治疗有关问题作了讨论。
From January 1991 to April 1996, 499 cases of ureteral calculi were treated with ESWL and URS. There were 323 cases in ESWL group, including 138 cases in the upper part, 28 cases in the middle part and 157 cases in the lower part. January-March stone discharge rate was 98.8% (319/323). The URS group consisted of 175 patients with 56 primary stones, 120 ESWL-assisted URS stones, 15 stones in the upper segment, 70 in the middle segment, and 91 in the lower segment. The success rate of stone extraction was 81.8% (144/176). Thirty-six cases failed in both groups, of which 13 cases were changed to open surgery, accounting for 2.6%. No serious complications occurred. This article discusses the treatment-related issues.
