在这个经济全球一体化的世界,英语成为了国际交流中的通用语言,作为一名高校英语教师不应该只注重专业知识的讲解,教师应该根据实际教学情况不断的对自己的教学方法与教学内容进行反思,只有不断的反思才能认识到在教学中的不足并且不断改正,提高教学能力。在国际上反思性教学是一种非常重要的教学理念,教师将反思性教学与自己的实际情况相结合可以有效提高本身的教育素质。因此加强教师对反思性教学的研究不仅有利于教师本身的发展,对教育事业的发展也有很大影响。本文将针对反思性教学在高校英语教学方面的影响进行简要阐述,并且对于不足之处提出一些有效的建议。
In a world of economic globalization, English has become a common language in international exchange. As a college English teacher, teachers should not only pay attention to explaining professional knowledge. Teachers should constantly make suggestions about their teaching methods and contents according to actual teaching situations Only through continuous reflection can we recognize the shortcomings in teaching and continuously correct them so as to improve their teaching ability. Reflective teaching in the world is a very important teaching idea, teachers will be reflective teaching and their actual situation can effectively improve their own education quality. Therefore, strengthening teachers’ research on reflective teaching is not only beneficial to the development of teachers themselves, but also greatly affects the development of education. This article will give a brief account of the impact of reflective teaching in college English teaching and put forward some effective suggestions for the shortcomings.
