教师整体素质的提高是学生自主学习质量的保证。要使学生获得自主学习能力首先要确立“以学生为中心”的教学观念,其次要帮助学生进行准确的自我定位,第三要培养学生的学习策略。教师应努力培养自身的基本素质:一是扎实的专业知识、丰富的文化素养,二是较强的教学组织能力和教育实践能力,三是高度的责任感和创新精神。
The improvement of teachers ’overall quality is the guarantee of students’ autonomous learning quality. To enable students to acquire independent learning ability, we must first establish a “student-centered” teaching concept, and secondly, we must help students to accurately locate themselves. The third is to develop students’ learning strategies. Teachers should strive to cultivate their own basic qualities: First, solid professional knowledge and rich cultural accomplishment; second, strong teaching and organizational skills and practical ability in education; third, high sense of responsibility and innovation.
