IDDM常伴有眼合并症,增殖性视网膜病变为致盲主要原因。对其引起的因子现尚不太清楚。作者在临床上观察了一大组(153)病例,认为其因子为多发性。 病人年龄为19～63岁(平均38岁),发病年龄1～36岁(90%在25岁以前),检查时发病时间为16～60年(平均23年)。住院后查空腹血糖,HbA_1c,血清肌酐,尿常规包括糖、蛋白。询问有无高血压及吸烟史,体格检查体重、血压,然后进行眼底检
IDDM is often accompanied by ocular complications, proliferative retinopathy is the main cause of blindness. The factors that cause it are not yet clear. The authors clinically observed a large cohort of (153) cases of multiple factors. The patients ranged in age from 19 to 63 years (mean age 38 years). The age of onset ranged from 1 to 36 years (90% before 25 years of age). The onset time was 16 to 60 years (mean, 23 years). Check fasting blood glucose after hospitalization, HbA_1c, serum creatinine, urine, including sugar, protein. Ask if there is any history of high blood pressure and smoking, physical examination of body weight, blood pressure, then fundus examination
