目前经腹输卵管结扎术(以下称女扎术)仍为国内女性绝育术中,基层医疗单位最普遍应用的手术,而提取输卵管又是女扎术中的关键。取管的难易影响手术时间、受术者的痛苦及术后并发症的发生。翻阅国内外有关文献资料报道的取管方法有:指钳法、指扳法、吊钩法,指圈夹持法等。笔者自1965年即开始应用单手二指取管法行女扎术近1500例,此法尚未见报道,现将1982—1983年在本院进行的女扎术有完整资料的97例总结介绍如下:
At present, the transabdominal tubal ligation (hereinafter referred to as female ligation) is still the most commonly used surgery in the domestic female sterilization, primary medical units, and the extraction of the fallopian tubes is the key to female ligation. Difficult to take control of the operation time, by the surgeon’s pain and postoperative complications. Read through the relevant literature at home and abroad reported taking control methods: finger clamp method, finger pull method, hook method, finger grip method. Since 1965, the author began to apply nearly one hundred and seventy-two cases of single-handed and two-handed female law enforcement, which has not yet been reported. The author summarizes the 97 cases with complete information on female circumcision conducted in our hospital from 1982 to 1983 as follows:
