自从用氯氨铂治疗膀胱癌有效以来,陆续报告有高的治愈率。作者从1977年以来,把氯氨铂(Cisplatin)、环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide)和阿霉素(Doxorubicin)三者联合起来,对不能切除的膀胱上皮癌作化疗,取得较为满意的效果。作者从1977年—1985年对97例不能切除的膀胱上皮癌用了CISCA法。其给药方法是:第一日环磷酰胺650mg/m~2静脉注射;第二日阿霉素50kg/m~2静脉滴注;第三日氯氨
Since the treatment of bladder cancer with chloroplatinum has been effective, a high cure rate has been reported one after another. Since 1977, the authors have combined cisplatin, cyclophosphamide and Doxorubicin to treat unresectable urothelial carcinoma and achieved satisfactory results.
