“八五”期间,“工艺突破口”工作的主要目标是“三位一体”协调发展。如何实现这个目标,方向、任务是什么,这是普遍关注的问题。要探讨“三位一体”协调发展的方向和任务,首要的是更新长期单一计划经济条件下形成的旧概念,建立起适应计划经济和市场经济相结合的现代企业工艺工作的新概念。因为“概念”是行为的规范和行动的向导。确立了新概念,就能够开拓工艺工作的许多新领域,进而在“三位一体”协调发展的方向和任务上取得共识。
During the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, the main goal of the “Process Breakthrough” work is the coordinated development of the “Three in One”. How to achieve this goal, what are the directions and tasks, this is a common concern. To explore the direction and tasks for the coordinated development of the “trinity”, the first is to update the old concepts formed under the long-term single-planned economy, and to establish a new concept of modern enterprise technology work that combines planned economy with market economy.
