现在,越来越多的企业家已经明确地认识到新产品的开发在赢得市场竞争中的重要意义,并获得了可喜的开发效益。但是,也有为数不少的企业,开发新产品总感到心有余而力不足,苦于缺少新产品开发的灵感。究其原因,主要是思维方式不灵活,开发空间不广阔,因此难有发现,更不用说产生喷泉式的思维爆炸和灵感涌现了。如何才能改变这一状况呢?笔者认为,
