在当代武术发展中,段位制是一个使用频率很高的关键词。段位制之所以备受关注,一方面是因为段位制是中国武术发展的重要标志,另一方面是因为武术段位制的推广取得了令人瞩目的成绩。武术段位制科学完善的技术体系与自身所具有的制度优势使其在中国武术的未来发展中继续担当着不可替代的重要角色。2014年5月6日,国家体育总局和中华全国体育总会联合印发了《武术段位制推广十年规划》(以下简称《规划》),这标志着武术段位制开始步入一个快速发展的新阶段,武术推广工作将迎来一个以武术段位制为龙头的新时代,武术的“中国梦”越来越接近现实。
