加快经济发展方式转变和推动经济增长方式转型,是我国“十二五”时期的发展主线,是未来5年我国经济生活的重中之重。民族地区经济社会发展较为落后,加快转变经济发展方式,推动经济社会又好又快发展任务繁重。石嘴山市委、政府坚持领导班子推动,为经济发展方式转变提供了可资借鉴的经验。
