《湖南省深化中小学教师职称制度改革实施方案(试行)》公布,改革原中学和小学教师相互独立的职称(职务)制度体系,建立统一的中小学教师职务制度,并将一级教师职称评审权下放至省直管县(市)。湖南改革后的教师职务分为初级职务、中级职务和高级职务。原中学教师职务系列与小学教师职务系列统一并入新设置的中小学教师职称(职务)系列。初级设员级和助理级;高级设副高级和正高级。员级、助理级、中级、副高级和正高级职称(职务)名称依次为三级教师、二级教师、一级教师、高级教师和正高级教师。
