目的为探讨血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在系统性红斑狼疮血管病变过程中的作用,对系统性红斑狼疮患者的血浆Hcy进行测定。方法血同型半胱氨酸由荧光偏振免疫分析法测定。结果系统性红斑狼疮组及对照组血同型半胱氨酸(μmol/L)分别为17.12±4.68、7.72±3.54。系统性红斑狼疮组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。若以健康对照组x-±2s为正常上限值,则系统性红斑狼疮组有70%以上高于此值。结论高同型半胱氨酸参与系统性红斑狼疮患者致病的过程,并且可能是系统性红斑狼疮血管病变的一种独立危险因子。
Objective To investigate the role of blood homocysteine (Hcy) in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus and to determine plasma Hcy in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods Blood homocysteine was determined by fluorescence polarization immunoassay. Results The plasma homocysteine (μmol / L) in the systemic lupus erythematosus and control groups were 17.12 ± 4.68 and 7.72 ± 3.54, respectively. The difference between SLE group and control group was significant (P <0.01). If the healthy control group x- ± 2s for the normal upper limit, the systemic lupus erythematosus group more than 70% higher than this value. Conclusion Homocysteine is involved in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus and may be an independent risk factor for systemic lupus erythematosus.
