一、前言随着我国海洋运输事业的迅速发展,造船工业对船用钢板的需求越来越大。以往,船用钢板基本上采用平炉——模铸工艺生产,同时有相当数量的船板由国外进口。无产阶级文化大革命以来,我国钢铁工人在毛主席革命路线指引下,彻底批判了刘少奇的反革命修正主义路线,坚持独立自主,自力更生的方针,迅速发展了纯氧顶吹转炉和连续铸锭两项新技术。
I. Introduction With the rapid development of China’s ocean shipping industry, the shipbuilding industry has an increasing demand for marine steel plates. In the past, marine steel plates were basically produced by a flat hearth-die casting process while a considerable number of ship plates were imported from abroad. Since the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line, our steel workers thoroughly criticized Liu Shaoqi’s counterrevolutionary revisionist line and upheld the principle of independence and self-reliance to rapidly develop two new technologies, namely pure oxygen top-blow converter and continuous ingot casting .
