目的:了解沙门菌所致感染性腹泻的主要血清型、耐药状况及耐药谱情况,分析耐药趋势,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:对2009年-2011年上海市某腹泻病监测点感染性腹泻病例中分离出的159株沙门菌进行血清学鉴定和药敏试验,并对药敏试验结果进行数据分析。结果:159株沙门菌中鉴定出11种不同的血清型,并对15种抗生素都有不同程度的耐药,其中所有菌株耐药集中在萘啶酸、氨苄西林、链霉素和四环素这4种抗菌药物,耐药率分别为75.47%、58.49%、45.28%和26.42%。159株沙门菌有50.94%为多重耐药。结论:沙门菌对抗菌药物已产生多重耐药性,合理使用抗菌药物是控制该菌耐药的关键。
Objective: To understand the main serotypes, drug resistance and drug resistance spectrum of infectious diarrhea caused by Salmonella typhi. To analyze the trend of drug resistance and provide the basis for rational use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods: A total of 159 strains of Salmonella isolated from infectious diarrhea cases at a surveillance point of diarrhea in Shanghai from 2009 to 2011 were identified by serological tests and drug susceptibility tests. The data of drug susceptibility test were analyzed. Results: Of the 159 strains of Salmonella, 11 different serotypes were identified, and 15 kinds of antibiotics were all resistant to some extent. All strains were resistant to nalidixic acid, ampicillin, streptomycin and tetracycline The antibiotic resistance rates were 75.47%, 58.49%, 45.28% and 26.42%, respectively. There were 50.94% of 159 Salmonella strains were multi-drug resistant. Conclusion: Salmonella has been multi-drug resistance to antibiotics, the rational use of antimicrobial drugs is the key to control the drug-resistant bacteria.
