目的：观察天麻夏枯草汤治疗血液透析中高血压的临床疗效。方法30例透析中易发生高血压患者，透析前1小时给予天麻夏枯草汤100ml口服，疗程8周。观察临床疗效及血压、心率、超滤量变化情况。结果治疗总有效率为96.68%，天麻夏枯草治疗后，透析中最高血压、透析后血压显着降低( P＜0.01)。结论天麻夏枯草汤能有效治疗血液透析高血压。“,”Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of“tian ma xia ku cao tang”in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis hypertension.Methods Thirty subjects were for oral administration treated with“tian ma xia ku cao tang”before hemodialysis 1 hour for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,heart rate and ultrafilitrated volume were observed;the levels of Hb,Alb and CRP were detected before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 96.68%; after treatment with“tian ma xia ku cao tang”,the highest intr-hemodialysis blood pressure and post-hemodialysis blood pressure were significantly reduced( P<0.01) ,and the level of CRP was lowered significantly( P<0.01).Conclusion “tian ma xia ku cao tang”is quite effective against maintenance hemodialysis hypertension.
