以核桃青皮作为原材料,研究了微波辅助提取核桃青皮中多酚的最佳工艺,探讨了料液比、乙醇浓度、微波时间及提取温度等因素对多酚提取结果的影响。结果表明:微波辅助提取核桃青皮多酚的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率为 200W,料液比 1:20,乙醇浓度 65%,微波时间 70min,浸提温度 60℃,多酚的提取量为 6.318mg/g。
The best technology of microwave assisted extraction of polyphenols from walnut peel was studied using walnut green peel as raw material and the effects of factors such as solid-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration, microwave time and extraction temperature on the extraction of polyphenols were studied. The results showed that the optimum condition of microwave-assisted extraction of walnut green peel polyphenols was as follows: the microwave power was 200W, the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20, the ethanol concentration was 65%, the microwave time was 70min and the extraction temperature was 60 ℃ 6.318 mg / g.
