2011年7月9日至10日召开的中国民事诉讼法学研究会第一次会员大会决定编辑出版会刊《民事程序法研究》。为繁荣民事诉讼法学研究,提升民事诉讼法学研究水平,促进民事诉讼学界的学术交流,办好会刊《民事程序法研究》,中国民事诉讼法学研究会向全体会员以及国内外的民事诉讼法学研究者长期约稿。一、学术性高低是会刊遴选稿件的基本标准。无论是理论探索、实证分析、比较研究,还是历史经验总结,无论篇幅大小与字数多少,只要来稿在观点、论证方法方面具备足够的新颖性、独创性,本刊就将采用。二、来稿符合学术规范是会刊遴选稿件的底线要求。严格遵守学术规范既是学者守护自身学术声誉的基本行为准则,也是会刊持久生命力的基本保障。来稿一经采用,编辑会与作者通过电子邮件形式确认来稿是否遵守了无抄袭、无剽窃的基本学术规范。
From July 9 to July 10, 2011, the first general assembly of China Civil Procedure Law Research Society decided to edit and publish the journal Proceedings of Civil Procedure Law. In order to promote the research of civil procedure law, improve the research level of civil procedure law, promote the academic exchange of civil litigation scholarship, do a good job in the journal Civil Procedure Law, China Civil Procedure Law Research Association to all members and domestic and international civil procedure jurisprudence Long-term appointment. First, the academic level is the basic standard selection of manuscripts. No matter theoretical exploration, empirical analysis, comparative study, or historical experience, no matter the size and number of words, as long as the manuscript has enough novelty and originality in viewpoints and argumentation methods, this article will be adopted. Second, the manuscript complies with academic norms is the bottom line of the manuscript selection manuscript requirements. To strictly abide by academic norms is not only the basic code of conduct for scholars to guard their own academic reputation, but also the basic guarantee for long-term viability of the journal. Once the manuscript has been adopted, editors and authors will confirm whether the manuscript has complied with the basic academic norms of plagiarism and plagiarism by e-mail.
