2012年3月下旬,北京市朝阳门街道的居民发现,一位名叫王磊的巡回法官在《朝阳门报》上开辟了案例指引专栏,生动的故事引起了人们阅读的兴趣,朴实易懂的解读回应了百姓对热点法律问题的关注;在龙潭街道,巡回法官张帆多方奔走,帮助无法续租经营的养老院处理老人安置和房屋腾退事宜,终使老人居有定所,免受流离之苦;前门街道第一起指定监护人工作在巡回法官王子龙的指导下顺利完成,当事人送来了锦旗致谢……这些常驻街道,奔走于社区、网格的青年法官来自北京市东城区法院。
