随着现代科学技术的发展以及市场竞争机制下经济一体化的完善,国家对外开放政策与现代企业的发展共同对财务管理提出了较高的要求。集团公司作为各个地域不同、所有制不同、部门机构不同企业的结合,在财务管理作业中更需要加大研究力度。本文基于当前经济运行实际情况,从集团公司财务管理的基本特点、现存问题以及合理的改进措施这三大方面进行了较为详细的分析与阐述,并据此论证了做好集团公司财务管理在整个经济体制又好又快发展中起到的作用与意义。
With the development of modern science and technology and the improvement of economic integration under the market competition mechanism, the state’s opening-up policy and the development of modern enterprises have put forward higher requirements on financial management.
