1992年7月17日至19日,交通部工程管理司在哈尔滨市召开全国“水泥混凝土路面专项修筑技术”推广会。参加会议的代表来自国内24个省、市、自治区,64个单位共89位代表。会议期间代表们听取了交通部工程管理司杨盛福司长以“依靠科技进步,加快我国公路水泥混凝土路面的发展”为题的报告。会上江苏、浙江、河南、山西、广东、福建、四川、黑龙江的代表介绍了发展水泥路面的经验。会议期间参观
From July 17 to July 19, 1992, the Engineering Management Division of the Ministry of Communications held a promotion meeting of “National Cement Concrete Pavement Special Construction Technology” in Harbin. Delegates to the conference came from 24 domestic provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and 89 delegates from 64 units. During the meeting, delegates listened to the report of Yang Shengfu, director of Engineering Department of Ministry of Communications, titled “Relying on Scientific and Technological Progress and Accelerating the Development of China’s Highway Cement Concrete Pavement”.
